FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How much advance time do custom cakes need to be ordered?
A: We prefer to have at least a 1 month prior to your event to guarantee the date is available for you.
Q: Can we come in the bakery and pick up last minute cakes and treats?
A: No, I’m currently a one woman show and do not have a brick and mortar shop that has pre-made treats. We are appointment only.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, if your cake is for a wedding or large event, I do deliver, for a $50 fee. Otherwise we can arrange a time for you to pick up.
Q: What is the best way to contact you for an order or tasting?
A: Email! I like to have everything written out so we both don’t miss anything. Jazzbirdbakery@gmail.com or through the contacts form on this website.
Q: What payment methods do you take?
A: I like to use Zelle and Applepay, but I also take mailed checks as long as there’s enough time for the check to clear. I currently don’t take credit card payments.
